They can be roasted, chargrilled or kettle cooked to naturally enhance the flavour and colour of the product.
Twelve month shelf life stored chilled.

Caramelised onion: A 10mm dice of onion, kettle cooked until golden brown
Onion diced in citric: Diced onion cooked in a citric acid solution, ideal for adding flavour to dips or sauces
BBQ onion: Lightly roasted sliced onion, fully cooked in a pouch with seasoning and starch
Onion sautéed: Kettle-cooked diced onion that is sweet to taste and light in colour
Onion puree: Blanched onion chopped to 2mm, lightly pasteurised and frozen
